The hotel is perfect and stunningly beautiful. The staff is superbly friendly, from the courteous & friendly desk clerk at my arrival. It has clean facilities.

We did not want to leave, strongly recommend. The breakfast was savoury with lots of meals. Big room with a pull out couch and sofa, for instance, perfect for us. The setting of hotel was marvellous and beautiful, in Big Stone Gap area.

The location seemed stunning and magnificent in Big Stone Gap area. Moreover, it's right by the hill with the surrounding mountains, the mountains, and the parks.

The pool area was heated and the location was amazing, right next to the valley, hills, and beautiful mountains.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a sofa and chairs, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. The staff, both in the dining room and at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Having a fridge, microwave, and coffeepot in the room was an added convenience. our stay at Quality Inn was enjoyable and met our expectations.

This hotel met expectations in every way, strongly recommend. We booked a triple room and could use the wake-up service available in it. The remote location right next to a hill overlooking the beautiful mountains and the surrounding area was fantastic.

The room is cozy, the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to enjoy, and the establishment is tucked away in a serene location.
